1) Ordering Info
a) When your checkout process has successfully completed, your payment will be processed.
b) We will email you to acknowledge receipt of your order and payment.
c) Orders can also be made by telephone or fax.
2) Delivery Info
a) Delivery costs are included for the UK mainland.
b) Fedex and Royal Mail are our preferred courier.
c) All stock items will be despatched within 3 days of receipt of your order and received payment.
d) In the event that the product is out of stock we will contact you and advise of of the expected ship date. We would expect non stock items to be despatched within 10 working days.
e) If your product is damaged please contact the office within 48 hours of receipt.
a) All items supplied come with a one year return to supplier warranty.
b) Contact us if you feel our technical department could help or to obtain the return information.
c) The guarantee period commences from the date of delivery.
d) The warranty will not apply to items that are damaged through misuse.
4) Returns Policy
a) For all ‘stock’ items we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. The item must be returned unused in its original packaging, including any documentation ie. instruction manual.
b) Once item received and we are satisfied, your money will be refunded. We will deduct a 10% re-stocking fee and any courier charges.
d) For any ‘non stock’ item the manufacturer’s re-stocking fees will apply.
e) A refund will not be made for a custom-made items.
e) Customer is responsible for return courier costs, and must ensure insurance is included to cover cost of any damage that may occur.
